Welcome to TG Moonfire.
There should be no alterations to your previous settings, just open your website .web file in XWD365 and all should remain the same. However if you're unhappy doing this:
Open XWD10
Open your website in it.
Save it as 'my-site-10.web'
Open XWD365
Open 'my-site-10.web'
Immeadiately save it as: 'my-site-365.web'
You now have two versions of your site. Preview both. There shouldn't be any difference.
If there isn't, just continue working on the file 'my-site-365.web' in XWD365. You've always got the file 'my-site-10.web' that you can open in XWD10 to fall back on.
But as I stated earlier this really isn't necessary.

If, by "settings", you mean toolbars and other items in the Xara application, then you will lose these.
Kate Moir has declared that after X365 there will only be up-issues that will not affect your settings.
