OG - No mustard. Russian, Swiss, and sauerkraut on home baked rye. Deli mustard if it is just pastrami or corned beef on rye.

With the exception of a passable Reuben, New Mexico is deli-challenged. I wind up ordering from Langer's in LA or Kenny & Ziggy's in Huston. FedEx overnight. Expensive but so worth every penny.
