1 page out of 6 not centered when publishing

If the page width has been changed you would still need to change it to 1500.

I just checked this out and adjusting the page width adjusts the rectangle automatically, even when the background is locked.

I went in and found the page set to 1200, Though I did set to 1500, for some reason
it did not stick. Checked 3 times it said 1500. last night made a couple of changes to other pages and
for the heck of it checked the bad page again. reset back to 1500. it seems to be alright now.

There still appears to be something wrong as the Navigation bar jumps about to different positions. (Firefox)

So they do. They need deleting from all pages apart from index and then made repeat on all pages. This should fix the problem
