Thanks your suggestion, but I still want to know how to add a new column and how to make a group as softgroup, what's different with group and softgroup??

Hi Alexia, did you miss my post above James?

The difference between a group & a soft group is they act like a group (move together etc) but what's different is what when a group is published to the web a group is exported as an image but a softgroup is published as individual assets, so text remains text and an image remains an image.
