Help! view online not right

I have a website page at http://www.history.topcop.org.uk/formerchurches.htm

Now it looks like this picture Capture 3 in Xara designer

It looks like picture Capture 2 wwhen viewed in Chrome in Xara designer

But it looks like Capture 1 after being uploaded to my website.

Now I have had this website online for many years and never had any viewing problems like this. the problem only occurred today after I added a photo to the page.

I have the same issues with Edge and Firefox.

Is it my website? is it mt browsers or my computer.

I am using Xara Web Designer Premium 12.4.1.47518 DL x64 Nov 17 2016

Can anyone please help?

In Edge, Vivaldi and FF the page looks like capture 2.

It may be the web page is not refreshing for you properly. Force it to refresh.

Working fine as capture 2 in FF, Chrome and Edge.

Thanks for the reply. I did do a force refresh but it didn't make any difference I'll try again

I am getting other strange things. I will delete all files in the host and upload afresh
