Image Popup - Additional Options

As I continue to explore, I'm working on a photographer mockup. For effect, I'm tilting some of the images. On the image popup, I'd like to be able to control the background of it, to be more in tune with the theme of the overall mockup, including the text title, if that's possible. Any abilities here?

So, put a rectangle behind the photo the same color as the page!

Thanks, but I'm not seeing how that would help me. It would spoil the site layout, first, to put a color rectangle behind my image. Then, if the rectangle is tilted to match my image, the white of the popup box still shows. If not tilted, it fills the popup box, but is not the "look" i'm wanting on the site page.

I'm guessing that there is no way to control the color of that popup holder background, but thought I'd ask. Not a critical issue, and I'll come up with plan B, or just leave it as is.

Unfortunately, my layout is not that uniform. So, I was just looking for something that would be more pleasant than white. Could have been that same light purple, or some complimentary color. If I didn't have the circle behind my images, then your solution works perfectly. I'll definitely make use of that in the future.

Make the rectangle larger and make the rectangle the same color as your page, which from your attachment appears to be white.

If the lavender circle appears on each layer, then add the circle to each layer.

The best way to solve this challenge is to sit down and experiment until you get it the way you want it. That is the best way to learn. IMHO

No, not that. See attachment. A, rather than B, where I would have control of that purple background, to set it to anything I like, regardless of the actual Page Packground. I might want to compliment something within the picture, for instance, or some overall theme of my site.

The way WebPlus did it was to maintain the original portrait orientation, within the popup (see attached). Which would be just fine. The popup certainly doesn't have to be tilted. Alternatively, if it was a tilted popup, (again, not showing all the white space) that would certainly be appealing. But, the upright, portrait orientation was so familiar to me, I just expected it to work similarly, and not show the white background, without having some sort of control over it.
