PDF manual for Web Designer 365 ?

Wasn't there supposed to be a .pdf version for a user manual provided with Web Designer 365 ?
If so , where is it ?

link for manual should be in the email you received when you bought the program [or upgraded]

if you got a DVD it will be on that also, but I seem to recall web designer is download only
