http://www.swift3d.com/ I have bought Swift but rarely use it because of the file size vs. quality of the work it produces. I suppose if you are really talented with it, you can produce some great stuff.

    Good luck,

BTW, with Swift 3D tends to work best if used alone - but it's an excellent tool when used as a plugin for 3DS or SoftImage. The size of your files usually depends on how complex your model(s) are. It's much like drawing something in Illustrator versus drawing it in Flash and copying/pasting it into Illustrator. You'll get extra data created when Illustrator tries to render the information into its native format. The image will have crazy amounts of nodes, when really only three or four nodes are needed to draw the same image. Swift3D works pretty much the same way - it will take a model created in 3DS or whatever and will convert it to Flash - but since it's creating so much more information in the conversion, it will be a much larger file than if you actually drew the same shapes in Flash itself. Just to let you know, not tooting my own horn but you can get the best practices on using Swift in your projects from the chapter I did in Flash 5 Studio, friends of ed.

You can do some extereamly complex compact things using swift an example would be this animation

now mind you its still 4megs but compared to the equivilent video which would be around 68megs this is web deliverable.

Here are some other examples just to look at the modeling capabilitys. Regards, Bill

In the begining the web was dark and void, and the net was with out color or shape, Then there was a Flash and Life came to the web and vision became reality.
