LOST MOUSEWHEEL SCROLLING +++ SOLVED +++

Hi

In a previous post, I mentioned that I had lost vertical scrolling on the main
page in DPX-12. I had no problems doing so online or in any other software.

As per a suggestion here, I tried other ports for my wireless mouse to no avail.

I contacted support and after a few go arounds of dropping back to
previous versions etc., they had me do a complete re-install and updates etc. etc.
but again, to NO AVAIL.

I'm using a Microsoft Wireless 5000 Mouse and have never had an issue
prior, even with DPX 12, when first updating a few weeks or so ago.

AFTER the last "Support Suggestions" failed, I did some hunting online and discovered
a free, Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard App for Windows 7, 64. (I believe there's
other versions of it as well. It's on their site. Just google for it.

After installing, it recognized the mouse and a screen came up with a laundry
list of fine tuning options.

However, in Mouse Wheel Scrolling, there was an option
to ADD to a list any software where the mouse wheel wasn't performing properly.
I believe it also mentioned that it would adjust settings specifically for that software's
protocols or whatever.

I ADDED DPX-12 to the list AND THEN, reopened XARA.

My wheel was ONCE AGAIN scrolling vertically on the main page. (And horizontally using the shift key)

I wanted to post this just in case someone else experiences this problem.

Worked for me at least and I hope it can help others if the problem occurs.
