I just purchased this Web Template:

for my Xara Web 365 Premium but cannot get it to open as i keep getting an error message:

Severe Error: Local and central CRC values don't match.


Anyone have any ideas?

What about redownloading the file? Or else contacting Xara Templates?

Welcome to TalkGraphics

One thing you can try that often helps is this. Close Web Designer.

Right click on the program icon and select Run as Administrator. (You just do this one time. It will work, or it will not work)

Now try to open the template.

Please let us know if this does not work.

Hi, I tried what you said but still no good. The issue is in opening the File in Winzip as that is where I am getting the above message from. Every time I try to unzip the file.

It looks like the .zip file might be corrupted so try to redownload it. If the error message persists, contact service at Xara Templates.

Gary, this issue has nothing to do with Xara. The OP bought the template at Xara Templates and is unable to unzip his download.
