Borders

Now we have grids for photos they would be improved if borders can be put around them or any other photos in documents, (OK one can make them).

A section like Brushes to be able to select different Borders as is found in the old DTP Impression Pro (Computer Concepts before it became Xara) or in the other SW that I use Ovation Pro for Windows.
