Default New Customer Website Creation w/ XARA

    Not live yet: http://www.learnpopandjazzpianonewsl...com/specialty/

I'm havin' a ball with the new XARA... It's so easy to create and design a 'decent' looking site with it. (even for an ameture like myself)

This is a simple, one (long) page responsive site using 'anchors' for navigation. (just for PC & Mobile)

With Adobe Muse (which I just cancelled) I would have had 'widgets' all over the place and would have had to 'go outside' the app for design things...

All from with Xara, never going elsewhere to accomplish different tasks....

Ok, ready for any comments, critiques, suggestions etc.

    Thank you

    Cliff

Masud49 - what platform is that? And why do you list an entire address but your IP shows Dhaka, Bangladesh? I'm a little confused. Help me out here.

Nice site, Cliff, but the banner picture on the home page is too dark for my liking and the pictorals below it look more like something for an office. It doesn't really match the site's title. Only when I scroll down to the colorful yummy stuff do I understand that we're talking desserts.

Hi Boy... yes. But it is a manufacturing restaurant supplier... so THEY want it a combination of business and other.... they don't market to the public... so it's not like an ice cream store or bakery type thing...

    thanks!

Nice work. I when into chrome and use the inspect feature, then used iphone 5 or 6 and just like all xara mobile sites it does not work. I wonder why that is? Anyone has an idea?

Couldn't say behzad. I've test it a bunch of different sized Android phones and various tablets and all seems well....

I wonder if anyone else with iphones could give it a try.... I'd like to know...

    thanks

    cmpan1,

I love your website. I have Xara Design Pro X365 but I've never tried out the web design capabilities of it, only because I don't know squat about web design (which is weird for me because I designed a couple of websites before, one on Weebly and one on Wix). Maybe I should give website design a try. The only thing that's ever held me back was the fact that I feel I would have to take care of other people's websites on a regular basis and I just don't have the time.

So the effect was intended. Well done! Thanks for the explanation.
