Can someone tell me how to create a text box that will put a scroll on the side that will also work with a mobile device. This is what I have now http://www.crowncolonypediatrics.com...safetyfall.htm but the box does not work with an iPhone.

I can't understand why you want to do it on a desktop in the first place. It would very difficult to do on a mobile where scrollbars are nearly non-existant. Why not make both desktop & mobile a long page?

On Iphone its long hold and drag or two fingers and drag to scroll within a text box, I think
