Spend time spell checking your text.

"Sociiety’s" and "<meta name="keywords" content="misiions,victory,trinty"/>" will only hinder. "alter" in a picture caption. "Gallary"!
Not telling you where to force you to really search.

Hi Acorn,

Yes we are showing up on page 3 or 5 depending on your video display size on a Google search using a search string "ludington lutheran church" but I want to move us up. I am hosted on Godaddy - (long story why) - so I am exporting to a file on my laptop and uploading a zip file to my Godaddy account. Reading the Xara manual it appears that a sitemap is only generated by the publish utility. I am trying to solve publishing direct to my host and am a little confused on the FTP settings for Godaddy. So until I resolve that issue I am guessing my position in a search will not improve. Unfortunately I have been tied up with the end of year finances in two different but related churches and have not been able to dedicate enough time on this new site. The wonderful world of volunteer work.

I thank you for your help and appreciate this forum as there is a ton of valuable information here - specially for a do-it-yourself rookie like myself.

Ordway, when you have sorted out your FTP settings (try Godaddy forums) there are sitemap generators on-line that you can use and then upload to your site's root folder.
