Getting tab to say Webpage Name instead of Index

So, I'm using Designer Pro 365. I uploaded my website, have it published ok, but it says index in the tab instead of Home. When I went in the page settings to change the page name from index to home, Xara gave me a warning about doing so. All the other pages say the page name. Is there anyway I can get the tab to say 'Home' that won't cause a problem with the site when published? Site is on Godaddy Plesk for Windows.

I found the answer, sorry to have bothered everyone. Need to place a name title on the page. yea!!!!!!!

You can also get a small icon to appear in the tab called a favicon. To do this create a square with your design. Group the objects and then click the small yellow tag icon on the Infobar at the top of the screen. Add the name favicon. This creates a small icon that appears in the tab along with the page title.
