Video Not Showing Properly on Layer

Hello

I dragged a video on a layer which I will use as a pop up but the video is showing half of the video screen although I have it centered. I do not have a background for it but it shows a black section in half the screen and half the video showing so cutting in half.

Also notice the video does not show one time when I upload, is this a cache issue?

Hi,
Just came back from the site. I had the video as you said with 'Half black' but when I went to full screen the back to the Framed screen all was good, that is
the video had no black and filled the container.
