Web Animation Speed and Mobile Buttons

A thought occurred to me. When I create a mobile variant, I create my own buttons instead of opting for the Nav Bar.

But I have found some issues with my buttons specifically that you have to press very hard sometimes to get the buttons to work. Check out www.gwpriester.com on your cell phone.

The default Website Animation > Mouseover Effect is Fade > Normal. I changed this to Very Fast.

Do you think this will make the buttons more sensitive or does it not apply to Mobile Variants?

I've no knowledge regarding this issue Gary but I'd think button sensitivity is more an issue to do with mobile/tablet settings as well as using screen protection overlays etc.

For mobile variants I delete all animation effects on buttons. I find they're not really effective.

A big issue I have with your site (only tested on an Android at present) is on both the Logo & Illustrastion pages, the larger images load on clicking the thumbnails but the tiny close icons almost never do as expected

The (X) buttons work perfectly on my iPhone 6s. Probably a phone by phone thing.
