    Default overlay and sticky/unsticky things.

    a1nursing.xar

Gotta question. I'm trying to create an overlay affect at the top of my index page. I used the shape tool to create a rectangle and put it on top of my pics. Problem is the margins won't line up, also if I want the the rectangle on top of the pics I have to choose sticky or else in the viewer the pics appear on top of the rectangle. Is there any way to fix this?

Not sure what you're trying to achieve. Do you want to have a semi-transparent panel through which you can see some content and on top of which you can have more content?

Also, I know this is early on in the design process, I like the way all the people come together, but if you scroll down and then back the lady on the right appears again. I would set all of these animations for one time so if the visitor does scroll back to the top of the page all the people will be in place.

GW, what you are asking is exactly what I'm trying to achieve. Thanks for the heads up on the lady to the far left.

Far right actually. You can create a rectangle and add Flat > Normal (Mix) transparency and if you make it sticky objects can pass underneath and be semi-visible.

Step2. Cleaning up the images with the whitish backgrounds removed:

Egg, after you fixed the pic why did you save it as a bitmap thereby automatically creating a duplicate? If I do that, should I keep both pics?

Because I reduced the size of the image to whole pixel values Iggy. Having created a clean, whole pixel photo, I prefer to retain just that image and delete the image that I used to construct it. Always retain larger copies of your images in another folder or on an unlinked layer, thus ensuring you have the original
