Facebook on Website

I wrote my website using Serif Webplus and am now re-writing it with Web Designer.

Does anyone know if there is any way of putting my Facebook page on my website like there is in Serif. This is my website showing my Facebook page in Serif. swallowdale-brundall dot co dot uk

I have played around with the widgets in the Online Content Catalogue but can't seem to find anything similar.
