how do I remove a large FLV?

Designer 10 I was trying stuff and loaded a large FLV file though I deleted it when I try to update my page (publish) it tries to upload the file and locks up the program. I even deleted the entire page and it still tries to load to my file manger.

I guess Xara added the FLV to the support folder. If so delete it from there.
The support folder is a folder with a special name located where your design file is.
For example if your design file is D:\designs\mysite.web then the support folder would be D:\designs\mysite_web_files
Check if that folder exists and if the file is placed there.

Another possible approach is to close Xara and re-open.
This works for large imported images so might for you,
