Web-Animations – more precise timing control

Sliders are fine, but one should also be able to input seconds and miliseconds somewhere.
I realize that the effective time will depend on Browser and Hardware, but if one wants
to set up a particular sequence, the sliders are to unprecise right now.

It has been requested. Or at least a text entry box so you can specify the exact timing.

If the timing could be extended, you could create some fine slideshows and sliders with the web animation as well.
