popup photo after page opens

I want to do something that should be fairly simple yet I do not find the tutorial anywhere. I want a photo to popup on the page a second after the page opens. Then I want to link the photo to another page. I also want to be able to close the photo popup. Any help is appreciated. I'm using web designer premium 12 360

That helps some. Thanks, but I still need help with getting the photo to close. I'm not using the layers right....I think ...? The photo is still there after closing.

Here is a stripped version of what I think you want to do.
You somehow have to tell Xara that the layer the photo is on is a pop-up layer. Maybe Acorn knows a better way to do that.
