I didn't want to have a margin shown on top of the page. What I wanted was the grid to have it's zero point
further down the page and I explained why. Offsetting grid origins either numerically or via ruler dragging is an

in Xara is also offered for Web-Documents, but it doesn't work.

My underlying motivation to use the grid is that I'm not happy with the degree of (sub)pixel accurate
editing Xara offers. I had hoped that using the grid gives better results than aligning objects with each other.
