Marc, am in a circle of hell.

The Online gallery isnt working either in XDP12 or XWD365. It refuses to load THREE TIMES. On the third it will allow viewing of some content. Most of the thumbnails are missing. If you go in a second time, you get a blue screen of death. Interestingly, it's reporting a conflict with the netgear USB wireless adapter. Never happened before the gallery problems. Have tried everything. Ordered a new wireless adapter - different brand. Will let you know if the Content Gallery still crashes the wireless lol!

Haven't seen a blue screen for years. Scary.

That does sound scary indeed. Can you add a support ticket and then please PM the ticket id to me and I'll take the issue further within there. As you know the software hasn't changed, despite the server data changed that caused all those problems, so I'm not sure what could be going on but we will look into it!

Hello,

Just to let you all know it wasn't xara, it was avast antivirus and the driver for my netgear adapter fighting it out. Uninstalled AV, updated driver, xara happy.

I'm not sure if I'm following this correctly. Are we able to download the full Online Content Catalogue? If so, how is this done? The only way I can download from the catalogue is to put my cursor over a single item and click Import. Having done this, I can see the item in my %appdata%/......../cache folder. Clearly to download all items in this way would take a loooooong time.

You should be able to right-click on each top-level category and click "Download All" to allow the files to be downloaded in the background.

Ah ha!

I think I've got it now... Utilities > Galleries > Design Gallery
Then right-click on each of the blue folders and select 'Download all'.
