On a recent post a lot of discussion revolved around different viewers. I have been using a freeware viewer called irfanview (available at www.irfanview.com) for over a year and it is really indispensible. It is small, but versatile and has lots of great functions. It allows reformatting, resizing, cropping, and touch ups as well as seeing macromedia and wavs amongst others.

I hope it is of assistance to some of you.

In spite of all the fancy-schmancy grahics apps I use, Irfanview is the best graphics VIEWER going, and has quite a few functions for such a small and fast app.

5 years ago when I first got into computing, I discovered Irfanview shortly after that and it has been my default viewer ever since then. It has come along way but even back then it was getting 5 star reviews from PC Magazine and the like. Stellar programing and it's FREE!! Just wonderful!!
