Upload only changed pages - I don't think this works..!

I have a Xara website of 88 pages - plus those of the mobile variant.

When I make even the smallest of changes, it seems like it is uploading the whole site. Every time.

I do have the box checked that says (words to the effect of) 'Upload only changed pages' - makes no difference.

Any ideas?

It does check to see what has changed and at the end of the upload, Xara deletes the files/objects that have changed and been replaced.
