Webdesigner Premium 11 - Catalog Offline?

The program keeping saying I need to be online to access templates from the catalog. I've accessed it as recently as last week to download templates, now it wont allow me. I've tried the design gallery and under file, "new from content catalog."

Any ideas? My internet access is fine, since I'm posting here

Having the same problem, and it's showing one of these screens.

Could their server be down? I've submitted a support ticket, I suggest you do the same. I've looked around their website for some current notification of issues, nothing spotted.

I have Catalogue access through XWD11P, XDPX11, XWD365P & XDPX365 - all open together and resolving fine.

If you can update your TG information with a location, continent, time zone or something, then it might show if it is local to you both,

Not working here either, also no avail after restarting Xara.

Urbanformatinc, the first screen shot of the Ecwid widget looks like it wants your Store ID and Shop Name before it can generate code to the clipboard. Your fields are empty so I'd expect that warning window. Also same as Acorn, I have no problem accessing Online Catologue.
