how do i create a popup image? Click on pic to show up larger pic?

How do i create a popup image? Click on pic to show up larger pic? I have all the slide show widgets not what i am looking for

I can see some mouse over effects but not the option click on small photo then the bigger image pops up

Select a photo. Resize to thumbnail size.

Go to Web Properties > Image

Set a size for the Pop-up Width.

Click Apply.

Preview the page to see the pop-up.
