Slideshow help

I want to display a series of photos of different shapes and sizes in a slideshow. The widgets I've looked at all seem to crop my photos to squeeze them in. Is there a widget which will accommodate random shapes and sizes, or a way of changing one to make it work?

A slideshow is a container with a set of slides.
The container expects the slides to be the same dimensions; a slide would have been traditionally 35mm diagonal in a 4:3 ratio.
A square format might cover H and V slides.

The way around this is to create a backdrop that is the same as the page background for each image and scale and centre or align as you see fit and then group the objects. You may then need to create a bitmap copy and use this as your slide image.

At this point, I would strip away all of the container furniture but that is another Post.
