When adding a link to an e-mail address is it possible to automatically insert the person's name + email address? Right now the email client opens and shows username@isp.com
Can the recipient's name and e-mail address appear in the To: box, for example, John Doe <username@isp.com>

This works: mailto:%22John%20Doe%22%3cusername@isp.com%3e
as does mailto:%22John%20Doe%22%3Cusername%40isp.com%3E
