    Default inserting custom bullet points

I am using xara designer pro x

I have created a small arrow graphic matching the color theme of the website i am working on.

How do I insert the custom arrow graphic so that it appears when I create a bulleted list, instead of the standard bullet point, which appears by default?

    Many thanks

    Create your bullet text.

Copy your replacement bullet to the clipboard (Ctrl c).

Highlight the bullet text and then right click on the selected text.

    Select Paste as List Bullet.

Ewa, before you do that I would Name the graphic and make sure each bullet has the same name: Utilities > Names... >> Apply name: by using the phrase filename="bulletXYZ" without a file extension.
If you don't Xara creates an image for each bullet that soon clogs up you page size.
A named image is one file re-used as many times as there are bullets.
I created a Site with over 300 such bullets and when I checked in the Export Folder they were all there smiling at me!

    Gary, would you agree?

Apologies but I had a double upload of the same Post.

This is a general ask about the product's capabilities.
Can the Xara developers not not have some CRC check against all rendered images to collate duplicates under one filename?
This would be a big advance.

Xara doesn't appear to do community-requested advances.

3 years later and you'll still have 300 little png's smiling at you.

We don't even know if it can be done because the developers never respond. So, for now, we continue naming our bullets (Edit in any version up to X11).

Edit: oops, forgot, maybe they fixed it in 365, i can't test it because I haven't got it

At least now in 365 we can embed Font Awesome and Material Icons as bullets so I use these now.

What I'd really like is to be able to add a custom bullet, create a bullet style and for it to actually work throughout my document. In stead you have to add the custom bullet everywhere, the style doesn't update with the graphic
