Can this be done in Xara 11 pro?

Can this effect be done in Xara 11 pro? Where you mouse over a picture and a colored transparent film comes up with your text in it.

Yes, it's quite simple. See the attached.

To do this, put the reveal object on the MouseOver layer. Then link both images to # which simply reloads the page if anybody clicks the image but it makes the rollover effect work (which is what I see Egg has done). I used this technique here http://placitasartists.com/ for the thumbnail images to make them go from 10% saturated to full saturation but the thumbnail images link to the artist's gallery.
