Default Mobile Variant Not Working upon publishing

    Hi,

The mobile variant is not working after publishing. I've used the template Quattrocentero which has the "R" designation, and I've checked it in preview and works fine. But not after publishing. I've used this software for many websites without a problem until now. I deleted everything from the server and re-uploaded but still no mobile version.

The mobile version works when shrinking the browser window on my laptop, but no mobile version when viewing on a smartphone. Using webdesigner 11 premium.

    Help......!!!

    Website is: http://www.haftb.org

Works on my iPhone but the text is rather small. I suggest you also include a clearer menu button as I completely overlooked the link you have now ("Site Navigation").

Works on my iPhone 6s but same as Boy, the navigation is not working for me. I think you need to design a smaller variant for mobile phones. The text is probably OK for a tablet but way too small for a smartphone.

Not working on my Android. Just gives the main (Desktop) version. On my trouble & strifes iphone 4 it displays the site but it's to wide. There are objects on your mobile version that are wider than 480px, thus the problems.

Without your web/xar file it would be difficult to pinpoint the problem. I've tested the quottrocentro template & this doesn't display the same problem.

To see your issue, reduce the preview windows width until you see the mobile variant. (i.e. You see the mobile menu). Notice that this looks fine at first but there's a horizontal scroll bar where non belongs.

Therefore you've introduced something to your page/s that's wider than the 480px template for the mobile. This is causing the iphone version to show on the screen but narrows the content down, not fitting the screens whole width. On the Android it's just causing the desktop version to be rendered, never supplying the mobile version.

You seem to be using frames for whatever reason.
Have you published into a frame instead of a web page in its own right?

Koko, I think your text is rather small on the website. A grey and white text header theme doesn't make me think of a beautiful carribean island.

I was looking through the site and visited the help section - great to see the community helping - and one part made me smile.

"Help requested: A young man emailed us from New York and asked if we could check on his mom who was 79 and living alone in Tampa"

I thought, a young man looking out for Mum, how nice, then I thought of his mums age.. ..just how young would that "young man" be?

    Good luck with the site.
