Just had another look through the thread.
Some great tops, labels and animation.
And there's even the complete item - top, label and bottle!

There's just one item missing, Rik-that little doohickey that goes around the neck of the bottle.
This one uses the font Wallington Pro using its open type features. I've also displayed the font as it looks without the extras.
I think I may have over-egged the amount of swashes in the label attached.

I love the 'swashes' on the 'N' and 'E' and the 'C', but, on the 'K' it looks a bit too much for me!
In my opinion, it takes away from the good effects on the other letters.

A very popular thread this for tops and labels and all extremely good, so I'll add my couple of efforts. First one is my effort from Rik's tut. which is an excellent tut. The second is an attempt to try out new top, needs working on I'm affraid.

One more attempt at bottle top, this shape was based on a bottle top by Haytay a while back.

    Nice one, Stygg.
    Real, or made up?

How did you do the chequered pattern round the edge?
    It's very well done.

For this bottle cap I used Haytay's quick shapes for the outer and for the centre, your ellipses and fills from your tut. Rik. All completely redrawn not copy and paste, that would have defeated the how to do it! The chequerd pattern is an ellipse.
I've posted the .xar file so you can see yourself, there is also another useful shape in the file. Urmston breweries is made up

    That's a very nice share.
I've had a quick look, and will have a good look in due time.
I thought it was a brush, but because it seemed to fit so nicely (the chequered pattern I mean) I thought I would ask the question.
    Thanks, Stygg.

    Great addition Stygg.

With Google Swiffy closing down I've been looking around for a Flash alternative as I find gifs limited in their restricted 256 colours and lack of tweening. I recreated this one using Hippani which I found quite simple to use and accepts xar vectors (via svg's) and bitmaps quite easily. I think Big Frank has mentioned this software previously.
