Need To Create Navigation Like This...

I have had a request to create website navigation like the menus found here: http://www.cnet.com/

Not the picture links, but the links at the top of the page (text.) When you hover over the categories a full width menu appears. I have tried creating this in 365 using layers and I can make a hover layer appear but it disappears when the mouse leaves the link.

Any thoughts to accomplish a menu of this style in 365?

You need to make sure the popup layer covers the link so the mouse doesn't leave it. So you could put a rectangle with 99.5% transparency on the popup layer that covers any gap between the popup layer and the menu link. Or you could probably duplicate the menu link onto the popup layer. The main thing is make sure there are no gaps for the mouse to go into or the poplayer will dissapear.
