font identification help

Am trying to identify the fonts used in the logo attached this message but am not sure. Can anyone lend a hand?

For the "Ohio", I'd suggest Lubalin or Lubalgraph. Weights to suit.

Although a closer inspection looks like they are a little more condensed in height. It may however, give you a starting point. They may even be drawn.

The Big might well have been a circle added to the text and not part of the font.

Yes, that thought crossed my mind. Fortunately I have a program that can create that fairly readily.
