    I have a feeling that the index.html file was opened, then save as a xar file with the formatting all lost.

    Agreed, this was my opening gambit as too many index.html... files will only confuse.

    How did you optimize the images to 192dpi? I notice when viewing my site i need the images to load faster.

    Just select the image, right click and select optomise image
