Different problem to wordmuse (should I have started a new thread?)
Just bought DP X365 and the Live FX just cover first the photo's region with grey, then when I close the dialog box, the entire photo is rendered grey. Is this the 64-bit problem I heard about? Will I have to deregister this version and download the 32-bit one?

I use 64-bit and all's fine with me. Don't deregister., try right-clicking and opening as Administrator first.Originally Posted by javalava
