Jotform not installing onto webdesigner 365

We are experiencing issues when attempting to insert a Jotform onto our website.

The ‘copy code’ button is not allowing us to click it, so therefore we cannot input the application form onto the website we are creating.

We have had this problem for four days now, and it is extremely urgent we get this resolved so that the website can go live.

This took 2 minutes to unfankle.

I didn't bother to log in to JotForm as clearly you'll need to.

1. Drg or double click the Jotform Widget to open the Jotform dialog.
2. (Sign in and open your saved form).
3. Click the Publish icon.
4. Click the Platforms link on the Publish screen.
5. Find the Xara icon (no 12).
6. Click on the code, starting <iframe> so all of it is highlighted.
7. Press Ctrl+C or click the Copy Code button.
8. Press the Insert button.
9. Done.

If you are finding the Copy Code button is not working, raise a ticket with Xara.

Do you get any <iframe> code whatsoever?
Can you copy it to the clipboard?

If so, then create a box and in its Web Properties > Placeholder > HTML code (body), put the <iframe> code, copied form JotForm and click OK twice so save it.

This is the manual ways of getting what you need,

Acorn means create a rectangle

Absolutely any shape would do.
Ideally, a box with the expected dimensions of the form so that you can position the result accurately.
The width and height will be in the <frame> code in pixels.

Use the rectangle tool to draw a square or rectangle on the page where you want the form to be.

Use the Rectangle Tool (Alt+M),
Insert > Shape > Rectangle (Shift+R).
