I have just purchased XDProX immediate error

Hi, I have just tried to use XDProX and when I attmpt to preview a webpage I get the error message "Unable to find the filter to import that file with"

Any ideas what to do now? I have used the 64bit version.

Works perfectly in XDPro X11 (and earlier versions)

Can anyone help please?

right click run as administrator should fix it

I even tried closing and re-opening without run as administrator and it still works now.

Hi Martin, you only ever need to run as administrator once, after that lifes sweet and you don't need to do it again until you purchase a later version.

some computers are not configured to give the user the necessary admin rights to install add ons such as import/export filters - like egg said do it once, the installation completes and you do not need to do it again unless you reinstall
