full screen width sites

As there arent many full width screen templates eg http://www.xara.com/us/web-designer/...le/||undefined
is it possible to modify many of the regular existing templates to become full screen width as the example in the link.

No Xara template will deliver a full screen width solution.

Able uses a sticky for the Logo to keep it on the left.
It uses full width for the blue banner.
Nothing else grows.

If you shrink it you get the mobile version.

The only remaining option is Supersite > Scale to Fit Screen.
This best works with Transitions and a fixed page height across your site.

All Xara designs are WYSIWYG using absolute positioning.

Sadly, Xara itself uses an adaptive approach to its marketing of its own products.
What you are after it doable, but not out of the box.
You will need a mix of sticky, stretchy and scalable objects; the slideshow needs code, though I personally use WOW Slider.
