Cloud, my comment about contact is missing the sentence that I thought was a bit pompous - I pasted it in but it disappeared after posting.

This is it "Please note that we will endeavour to answer all enquiries sent via email or enquiry form within 24hours."

and my suggestion is "We'll try to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, just call if it's urgent."
