Using XDP and/or WDP for email design

Has anybody successfully designed pages for email using Xara software?

I'd like to use XDP for mailshots that I send through Aweber. I currently paste raw HTML into their online HTML editor, but it's HTML I have written longhand myself.

I'm guessing that it might be a little more convoluted with Xara HTML, but might be worth it for the flexibility it brings.

I'm happy to experiment, but thought I'd ask in case anybody has already been there, done that.

Try it...but I don't think it will work.

Use an html editor. Make a template or two, put your images on a server, then copy the html into your email blast software.

It's been asked several times.

Nobody has actually managed to make it work. One person said they did, but declined to say how or give an example.

Email html needs to be simple, Xara generated HTML is hardly that.
