Lost access to Xara Premium after changing email address

I recently changed internet providers from Time Warner to Google Fiber. I logged in to my account at xara.com and changed my email address. Now, I am unable to open Web Design Premium. When I try to login to my account using my new email address, it says I have not registered any products even though I have registered most every version all the way back to WebStyle 4.

You will need to contact Xara.

I would try the old email address first and see if it still worked,stranger things have happened.... then as christine said, once in the account, raise a support ticket... only Xara Ltd can help with activation/service_center issues

Xara is perhaps the slowest "support" staff I have ever had to deal with! UGH! Love their products, but their support is somewhat lacking!
