365 POPUP MENU ANIMATION SET TO INSTANT BUT STILL SLOW?

Hi All

After exporting my site after upgrading to 365 from using v10, all my mouse-overs on buttons and the main navbar has an animation effect of slow and not instant?

I've checked the properties of the pop-up menu style and it is still set to instant but it's animation is slow, is this a glitch in 365?

Has anybody else experience this?

Have found the problem! Just right clicked on buttons and navbar and the 'web animation' box appears, animation was set to 'fade' tada, obviously the new bit in 365 and v11 I believe, and wasn't in v10 which I upgraded from
