How to open new document page with my default custom size?

When I open new document page, it's opening narrow window. I tried to change a size and save it, but after I clicked New document page, I'm getting the same narrow window.
Where I can change it in Xara photo & graphic designer 365?

With your new document open, go to File/Save Template, give it a name and make sure you tick the box to the right "Use as default template". Now every time you open a new document this will be it.

May I check with you that you are referring to the default document that opens when you click the New document icon? If it is then Boy's answer will be spot on.

My default is 760 pix web page (SVGA). If you want something different, you can use File > New and pick one of the six default options.

The other thing you might be trying to describe is you might have pinned a number of the galleries to the side / bottom and now the design window is too small.
If it is this, there is a Autohide Pin icon you can activate or just close the galleries.
