All Effect / Tile Effect Slideshow Widgets

Hallo everyone

I was wondering if anyone knows how to change the slide transitions of the two widgets to slide left or right or even fade ? Even though i could enable the controls on the config files, i could not get the slides to slide or fade despite changing the code.

Any ideas would be great,

Hi servant, use the Nivo slider, you will have more transition effect choices (including slide left, right and fade).

Thanks everyone but the Nivo slider does not look that great on a page, i prefer a boarderless slider that can fit the width of the page and the two sliders do just that the only issue being not able to change the transition.

Hi Servant, the transitions can be changed in the widget to just slide in from the left. Attached is a xar file based on Acorns Nivo ccs slider.
This should do what you want. Preview to view
