I can't get Menu Maker to unlock ~ please help!

Downloaded the new version of menu maker - purchased it - went to unlock but there was no where to put the user name and password -- it already had one field filled in and required a serial number. Maybe my computer was running with an older version. I deleted everything I can find on my computer to do with Xara but I still can't install the NEW version as it is says that I already have it installed. I go to my add\remove programs and it won't allow me to uninstall. HAVE NEVER had that happen before. Please help!!!

HI sounds as if you originally had version 1.0 installed. When you say you deleted everything,

Did you also try removing entries from the registry?

my guess is some but not all entries have been removed leaving the program in a partially removed state.

Will have a look to see if i can find what reg entries you should remove.
