Charity Template Demo Site 1 in upgrade

Good day. Can anyone tell me how to find the template for the charity site designed by Xara? When I upgraded to 365 premium, my initial email showed a gorgeous charity site. No template prior to this upgrade had a template for a non-profit which is what I need. The Demo site is PERFECT for what I want.

Most of the features you need are already in the Single Page Website Fresh responsive theme:

Thank you for that information, but unfortunately, I have no idea what you are saying. I downloaded the single page fresh template and it looks nothing like the charity demo. I just want to be able to get the demo template and make my changes - that's why I upgraded.
So sorry I am such a newbie!

To the best of my knowledge, Xara has not released a template of their Charity demo site yet, though I suspect they will soon because it is so popular.

Acorn provided a list of existing templates that have similar features and all of which can be modified any way you wish.

I misunderstood. I thought you had you own images that you would replace for those on the Charity website. Using the ideas in a design is fine just copying the content rarely is. The Theme I suggested has all the elements of what you are after. I gave specific detail of the Theme's manifest in case you could find it first go.

No, Acorn - you are correct - I do have my own images and content. But the template itself provides the entire design and features I want to use. I just don't know what those features are called so don't know how to build it from scratch to look like the charity demo. I guess I will go through your original reply line by line to see if I can understand this stuff. Thanks for your help.

Also, thanks to you, gwpriester - its so popular because the features all work together beautifully!
