Material Design

Hi Everyone,

I heard something about material design and thought to look into it. It appears that Google has created a great free resource on material design. The article contains tutorials, articles, resources, colour swatches, etc. And also a free collection of material icons you can download as webfont, svg or png. When you click on an icon a dialog is shown where you can choose your download type and download the icon.

I searched talkgraphics for material design and that didn't show any results, that's why I post this article.

Cool. Google does really excellent design. Apple too.

Google realised fairly early on that flat design can look boring to some people and decided to come up with material by adding some layering to it. I have been using 'material' design for years.
